This week we venture to the beautiful state of Virginia, to discuss serial killer Timothy Wilson Spencer (aka The Southside Strangler). This case is a special one, because Timothy Spencer is the first serial killer in the US to be convicted on DNA evidence, but also the first case where someone (David Vasquez) was exonerated based on the same evidence.
